As our Head of People and Culture, you will lead all aspects of Keylaw’s people strategy. You’ll design initiatives that strengthen our culture, elevate engagement, refine talent practices, and support an aligned, thriving team across all offices.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the People Strategy – Develop and implement forward-thinking people and culture initiatives across the firm.
- Champion Talent & Growth – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, and career pathways.
- Drive Engagement – Create and manage programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
- Uphold HR Excellence – Manage performance frameworks, employee relations, legislative compliance, and policy development.
- Advise Leadership – Partner closely with the executive team to ensure our people strategy aligns with business goals and values.
- Build Culture at Scale – Strengthen Keylaw’s identity as an exceptional place to work—across every office, role, and team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Leader – Minimum 5 years in HR, People & Culture, or organisational development roles.
- People-Centred Mindset – A passion for creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
- Commercial Awareness – The ability to balance people needs with business objectives.
- Exceptional Communicator – Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Strategic & Hands-On – You can think big-picture while also rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- Qualifications – HR qualifications are highly regarded.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
About the Role
As an experienced conveyancer you will be providing excellent customer service through your years of experience dealing with clients. You must be open to using the latest technologies to produce quality client service with speed and accuracy. You will be working in a paperless office and as such must be very organised and currently the star in your team.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your legal or conveyancing career. Many of our current team have started off in this position. You will be undertaking a variety of administrative duties including file opening, telephone answering and responding to basic client and referrer requests.
